Methodv Sieve the flour, cut the butter into small cubes and rub with fingers tips until the mixture is crumbled.
v Stir in the sugar, add enough water to mix to the soft dough then cover and chill for 15 minutes
v Roll out the pastry on flour surface and lined the mini muffin tray, cut the pastry and form in to the tray, press and prick the bottom of pastry with fork
v Preheat oven at 190 c
v Beat the cream cheese and sugar until soft and creamy. Beat in the egg.
v Melt chocolate and mix in the mixture.
v Spoon the mixture into the pastry.
v Bake foe 15 minutes or until the pastry is crisp and filling is set. Take off from tin and leave to cool
v Whip the cream until holding the shape
v Pipe with the star nozzle on top of mini tartlets and dust with cocoa powder
Note: Make sure that the filling is not too much fill in the pastry and dont forget to prick the bottom of pastry before baking to avoid raising of pastry
